Traveling for work may be unavoidable, but falling behind on your training routine doesn’t have
to be. While taking time out to look for a local gym may sound fun, it’s not always feasible, and
neither is working out in the closet-sized hotel gym ( if there is any gym at all ). One of the best
ways to stay consistent with your routine is to be prepared and to know what you have to work
with ahead of time. When short on options, save both time and money by bringing along
