The NFL Combine is the single most important event for NFL hopefuls. It’s your chance to show off your skills in front of all 32 NFL teams. But if you’re not in the best shape of your life, you may see your draft day value drop significantly, or worse, you may not even get drafted.

Plus, we have onsite medical staff for a full evaluation and physical therapy, chiropractic, and neuromuscular therapy. Each day includes nutrient timing (pre/during/post) supplementation. We’re also partnering with a local meal prep company for all nutritional needs. Physical Therapists and Chiropractors are onsite twice per week to evaluate and perform maintenance work on athletes as needed. This is the basic plan we start with for each athlete. After evaluations and hearing from each athlete, we can tweak plans accordingly for athletes.
Resources and Training Offerings
The Rack is equipped with the latest technology for diagnostics, training modalities, recovery, and regeneration. We use force plates to test for reactive strength as well as power. 1080 Sprint/Run is rocket Loaded sprinting with real-time data showing where improvement is possible. Tendo tracking for speed and power with variable loading. For resistance, we have Vertimax, Vertimax Raptor, the Run Rocket, Bungee Resistance Training, and Push and Pull Sleds. We measure the athlete’s ability to produce force as well as power using the Proteus 2.0 Motion. BFR Tech offers Blood Flow Restriction training capabilities
Speed and Power Training
We utilize plyometrics, horizontally centered around bounding and Overspeed; and in the weight room, vertical focus.
Increase your athleticism while implementing the motions and movements that are specific to your sport and position.
Strength and Power
We individualize plans based on the evaluation. We always take into account past injuries and wear and tear from previous seasons, position, and individual goals for each player
We’ll happily coordinate with existing teams, medical staff, performance coaches, and trainers
Each program is customized and based on a medical evaluation.
We train individually and in small groups during the Prep camp.
On-Site Physical Therapy and Chiropractics
In addition to our training program, our gym will have on-site physical therapy and chiropractics available. 1st Choice Sports Rehab Center will be available to offer the following services:

Precision Performance & PT will be on-site with two services available to athletes wanting to maximize their performance and recovery. They will be providing the following services:

- Max heart rate information
- (VO2 Max, VT1, VT2)
- Resting metabolic rate (RMR)
- Information to guide training, injury prevention
- Detailed report to share with coaches
- 1-on-1 Physical Therapy/Performance sessions
- Trigger point dry needling
- Manual therapy
- Muscle energy or joint mobilizations
- Soft tissue work
