Ed Miller from The Rack Athletic Performance Center
We’re here to talk about how me and my team can increase your value in the NFL. The NFL Combine is the single most important event for NFL hopefuls. It’s your chance to show off your skills in front of all 32 NFL teams. But if you’re not in the best shape of your life, you may see your draft day value drop significantly, and might never get your shot.
At The Rack, we specialize in turning potential into performance. Our program is specifically designed for athletes with NFL aspirations who need more than just training but a proven system, expert coaching, and the environment to separate themselves from the competition.
Our staff of certified coaches have years of experience preparing athletes for the highest levels of football. We combine cutting-edge technology with time-tested training principles to maximize results.
Every NFL Combine drill is broken down and mastered, from the 40-yard dash to the 225 bench press. We refine sprint mechanics, agility, and explosive power to maximize test-day performance.
We also work closely with position coaches to provide position-specific development to sharpen technique and highlight the traits scouts want to see.
Using a state-of-the-art facility we deliver measurable progress daily. Beyond training, we emphasize nutrition, recovery, and mindset so athletes enter the combine confident, prepared, and ready to dominate.
This is the place for you!
