We’re excited to announce a dynamic new partnership at The Rack Athletic Performance Centerlicensed massage therapist Shara Horne is now offering on-site massage therapy sessions!

Shara Horne

Shara brings nearly 20 years of experience and a highly specialized approach to massage therapy. Certified in relaxation massage since 2007, she recently completed an advanced orthopedic and sports massage program developed by some of the top experts in the industry. Trained under Laurie Craig—who helped shape the national board exam and collaborated with and influenced the career of Benny Vaughn and Whitney Lowe—Shara blends multiple techniques to deliver maximum results.

Her sessions combine sports, orthopedic, acupressure, and relaxation modalities to support recovery, enhance performance, and prevent injury. Shara’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of both the muscular and nervous systems—perfect for high-performance athletes and active individuals alike.

When she’s not working with Rack clients, Shara travels as part of the official massage therapy team for the Atlanta Dream WNBA team through Life Moves Manual Therapy.
