Training while on vacation
Training while on vacation can be a difficult thing to get right and for many this leads to doing nothing instead of something. A good thing to remember in situations like these is that something is better than nothing. Let say for the sake of argument you’re taking a 5 day vacation(4 nights and 5 days); a good goal for working out with this amount of time would be to train 2 days out of the 5. Keep the workouts short 30-45 min. This way you don’t exhaust yourself and get back to your vacation because at the end of the day that’s the point to relax destress. You don’t want added stress worrying about working out your normal amount 3-5 days. This will ensure you don’t lose any gains from before vacation but not hinder your fun. Also typically you don’t access to a bunch of equipment so better to make it short and sweet.
